| Details: | SUMMARY: WSS Sig Def Correction DETAILS: A Compliance Letter was sent January 24, 2017 telling them to complete the missing documents required during the WSS. I receive a phone call from Mr. Brown on Feb 14th and he came into our office today to complete the required documentation. We assisted him in the CCR I-writer and using the Survey Monkey for the ASR documents. All significant deficiencies stated on the WSS dated 8/24/2016 have been corrected. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
