| Details: | SUMMARY: Correction of Significant Deficiency DETAILS: Deficiency is as follows:2. Access hatch on reservoir is not watertight – OAR 333-061-0076 (4)(e)(B). Cover should be fitted with a seal so that it fits more securely on top of the reservoir. Doing this may require installing a screened vent on the reservoir, which it should have regardless. Another option is to source a replacement cover for the tank which should have the vent built into it. ACTION NEEDED: Deficiency #2 was addressed:Hatch was replaced. Storage room for water filtration and tank was replaced. No plan review has been done for the new filtration system that was added in 2016. Filtration was mentioned in previous contact report (9/23/2016). See attached picts. | ||
