| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Sample Taken 2/6/2017 Positive for Fecal Coliform Bacteria DETAILS: Talked to Gary Fromm. He will follow the coliform sampling plan and take 3 repeat samples and 1 from the well head. 1 triggered sample from the well head.3 repeat samples: 1 repeat sample from the tap where you took the original sample 1 repeat sample within 5 connections downstream 1 repeat sample within 5 connections upstreamIf any of the repeat samples are positive for coliform bacteria, call Kaline Chavarria (541) 265-0433. If any repeat samples come back positive, the next step is a BOIL WATER NOTICE. We will do a Level 2 Investigation.
