| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate High DETAILS: I spoke with Jeff and he said Umpqua was sampling before treatment. Umpqua said different. Regardless, Jeff is in contact with ECO Systems who installed the system and is having them tweak the machine. He said if another high test, hell switch companies. The machine is less than 1.5 years old.Also, Umpqua told Jeff that as long as the number is under 10.0, then theres nothing to worry about. Not too intelligent knowledge by Umpqua. ACTION NEEDED: Quarterly sampling next quarter. | ||
