| Details: | SUMMARY: FU to Vio 144017 DETAILS: 41-00892 rec’d vio for not sampling at correct location for DBPs, they did in fact use the correct location but the sampler just put the residents name not their address which is 6996 Bewley Creek. I know this and I verify and I informed the sampler that the state doesn’t know so he will put down address next time. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
