| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Coliform - Did Not Report any Violation, Violation#903477749 DETAILS: Spout Springs Water Board received a violation for not submitting a TCR sample in 10/1-12/31/2016. Spout Springs did provide a TCR sample in 10/2016 but may have not been received by the State. LEPH provided Mr. Purswell with the correct FAX number and he resubmitted the information. ACTION NEEDED: Continue submitting TCR samples and FAX to 971-673-0694. | ||
