| Details: | SUMMARY: Survey Deficiency Follow Up DETAILS: June 23, 2016 survey noted the need for a flap or screen on distal end of reservoir overflow. It was not known where the overflow exited. Site visit 2/24/17 with operator Doug and the overflow/drain lines appear to merge and terminate via a PVC standpipe approx 6 southeast of the reservoir. The pipe is open to atmoshphere, drains to daylight and is screened. This works well as an overflow, but as a drain, it only drains the reservoir to about 1/3 volume. ACTION NEEDED: This deficiency is considered corrected. | ||
