| Details: | SUMMARY: Def Follow Up DETAILS: Dave contacted me to find out what to do now that the waiver for setbacks was denied. I spoke with Betsy P. and she said the only real solution would be to remove the vault toilet. She said it would just be an unresolved deficiency as long as there arent any water quality issues. They wouldnt do enforcement. I explained that to Dave and it will just remain an unresolved deficiency. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
