Details:	SUMMARY: Contact for Second Alert for Total Coliform DETAILS: After an attempt to contact the operator on 2/24/2017, I spoke with Lonnie Gomez, operator, today (2/28/2017) and discussed the need to inspect, perform service or replace the UV system, which is the disinfectant for the system. He stated the UV system has had no maintenance that he knew of. He also stated a recent filter change. I also advised disinfection based on my instructions after UV servicing, conducting a special sample, and 3 additional routines for March, 2017. A level 1 investigation form was also issued, and is to be returned to me by March 31, 2017. ACTION NEEDED: Service UV, disinfect, complete L1 investigation.
