| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation Follow-up DETAILS: Hello Howard, I left you a voice mail regarding the violations you received for late reporting.The water system was late in getting the test results into the State by 2 days."By Rule" the test results have to be received by the 10th of the month following the due date. Sorry.In order to return your water system to compliance before too long you could pull your 2017 Nitrates from the wells and when those results are reported to the state your "priority non-complier points" will be reduced by 15 points.Please feel free to contact me if you need further clarification.
