| Details: | SUMMARY: Regulatory Assistance DETAILS: A site visit was conducted on 12/19/16 in response to 12/21/16 deadline. A phone conversation was conducted with Jeff on 12/19/16 and a phone conversation was conducted with Kevin on 12/21/16.I was in Milton Freewater on 12/19, therefore I stopped at the Wayside, however Jeff (the manager) was not onsite. I called him from the store, he told me he had the paperwork, however it was not complete. He thought he could have it complete and emailed to me by 12/21. Kevin (the owner) called me on 12/21, we agreed that he would email me the operational and emergency plans by the end of January. We will discuss them then. ACTION NEEDED: Operational and Emergency Plans due by January 31, 2017. | ||
