| Details: | SUMMARY: Regulatory Assistance DETAILS: Positive coliform result on 4th quarter, 2016 sample. I spoke with Scott Bullock (maintenance) via phone and stated the system needs to sample from well (source) and 3 distribution sites. Mr. Bullock agreed to obtain samples on 12/29/16. Mr. Bullock also stated the store had completed some recent maintenance work including replacing water filters and cleaning UV light sleeve. ACTION NEEDED: Submit repeat samples. | ||
