| Details: | SUMMARY: Regulatory Assistance DETAILS: Positive coliform results on two temporary routine samples collected in November. A Level 2 investigation was completed on 11/23/16. Unable to determine possible cause of coliform in well. System has a UV light, but a bypass valve was open and allowed source water directly into distribution. System will physically remove bypass, shock chlorinate, and test to verify potable water. System has been notified that sampling schedule has changed to monthly. ACTION NEEDED: Complete corrective actions and confirm potable water. 3 temporary routines due in 12/2016. Monthly routine sampling beginning in 1/2016. | ||
