| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate Over 1/2 MCL DETAILS: I notified Jon Robin, person in charge at the store, that the water systems nitrate test from 10/11/2016 had a result of 6.53 mg/l. Because the result is over half the MCL of 10 mg/l, the firm must begin sampling nitrate quarterly for at least one year. Printed sampling information with the inspectors contact information was left with the PIC to be given to the owner. ACTION NEEDED: Sample nitrate quarterly. | ||
