Details: SUMMARY: Water System Survey Corrective Action DETAILS: I received written notification on 3-3-2017 that the significant deficiency noted during a water system survey conducted on 10-20-2016 had been corrected. Specifically, a well vent was installed on 12-15-16. The company that installed the vent confirmed the vent is screened. ACTION NEEDED: None.
