| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 10/11/16 DETAILS: I stopped by the operators office at Faraday Dam to discuss the coliform detect from the 10-11-16 sample. I let him know that a level 2 investigation will likely be needed. He felt that the chlorination of the system may not have been done properly. I let him know that if the system gets another confirmed coliform detection that the system will be required to install treatment for coliform. I also let him know that the system will likely go to monthly monitoring for coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Conduct level 2 investigation & monitor follow up sampling. | ||
