Details:	SUMMARY: Repeat Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 6/16/16 DETAILS: I contacted the operator to let him know that the repeat total coliform sample was positive. I let him know that a level 1 investigation will be required & I emailed him the link to template. I reminded him that 3 temp routine samples will be needed for the month of July. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain completed level 1 investigation & respond as necessary to follow up sampling.
