| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 6/14/16 DETAILS: I contacted the operator to let him know that the routine total coliform sample was positive. I also let him know to take a source sample & 3 repeat samples in the distribution system. The operator indicated that the submersible pump in the well was replaced last month. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary. | ||
