Details:	SUMMARY: Routine Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 7/15/16 DETAILS: I contacted the operator to let him know that the routine total coliform sample was positive. I let him know to take a source sample & 3 repeats. I let him know a level 2 investigation would be needed if any of the follow up samples came back coliform positive. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary.
