Details: SUMMARY: Di(2-ethylhexyl) - Phthalate Detect of .0020 for Sample Date 3/5/14 DETAILS: System is already on quarterly sampling schedule to determine if sampling can be reduced. With this sample, they will continue for two more quarters to be sure the results are reliably & consistantly below the MCL. The system can go to annual after 4 quarters of results. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary. Reduce to annual when the system qualifies.
