| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation #5, Source Sample - Late/Nonreporting DETAILS: Water system received a violation for not providing a source sample during the monitoring period of February 15-26, 2017. Water system provided four samples (3 repeat and 1 source) on 2/23/2017. The C.C. sample site is their triggered source sample (image of the lab slip is included with email). ACTION NEEDED: DWS is to change sample site "C.C." from RP to TG and remove the violation. | ||
