| Details: | SUMMARY: Lead Detect Over Action Level for Sample Date 7/18/16 DETAILS: The operator called this office to let me know about the lead detect. The State has issued a letter laying out requirements. The system will need to provide public education. I let him know that there is a template for PE. I emailed him a link to the circuit rider for assistance in complying with requirements.Water Quality Parameters for both the entry point & distribution system are due by 9/29/16.Lead & copper samples are due by 3/31/17 & written recommendation of how to comply with the lead & copper rule is also due by 3/31/17. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain copy of PE & WQP results. | ||
