| Details: | SUMMARY: Level 1 Coliform Investigation DETAILS: 2/13/17 Called Scott and discussed completing the Level 1 coliform investigation form within 30 days of the 1/17/17 Sample showing coliform present. He said he had received it and believed he could complete it.2/28/17 Left voice message for Scott to collect 3 temporary routine samples in February unless this has already been done.3/9/17 Spoke by phone to Scott. He had received notice from State DWS to commence monthly routine sampling as a result of a violation associated with follow-up needed from January sample results. Also noted that SDWIS indicates that public notice is required. I promised to determine which tier of notice is necessary and let him know. ACTION NEEDED: Commence monthly routine sampling.Determine what public notice requirement to meet and then meet the requirement. | ||
