| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation Follow-up DETAILS: Water system had Phthalate detection and failed to pull a confirmation sample. I contacted the operator and he had mentioned that the sample might have been bad.I contacted the lab and received a copy of the lab results that stated the sample results were “biased high” but there was detection so I got a copy of the report from the Lab and have sent it to OHA- Michelle Byrd and she is looking into the possibility of invalidation OR the water system will have to take quarterly samples for 4 qtrs than yearly for 3. ACTION NEEDED: OHA will be in touch with direction after the lab explains the “biased high” note on the lab data. | ||
