| Details: | SUMMARY: Monitoring Violation DETAILS: We received notification from DWS that system had not sampled/reported for LCR in 2016, that a violation has been issued for 1 point, and administrative notices were in the works. I spoke with Ron Loving on the phone. He stated that he was aware that the test had been missed. System contracts with a third party for their tests. RTC will occur when the firm samples next summer. ACTION NEEDED: System plans to RTC in their sampling window of 2017. | ||
