| Details: | SUMMARY: Regulatory Assistance DETAILS: Repeat samples tested positive for coliform. Triggered sample tested positive for coliform and E.coli. System collected 5 confirmation samples for well and all results were negative. A Level 2 investigation was completed on 1/20/17. System completed corrective action and submitted a Special sample obtained from distribution. Results of the Special sample were negative. System was informed that routine sampling has been changed from quarterly to monthly. ACTION NEEDED: Monthly routine sampling. | ||
