| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Coliform Alert Follow Up DETAILS: Routine coliform 3/9 TC+. System already took 3 repeats and triggered source sample from well #1 (the only well running at the time). All 4 repeats/triggered also TC+. Spoke with Lynn Monday 3/13 and he will chlorinate and complete Level 1 investigation. He will use well #2 only until #1 shows absent for coliforms. Well #1 had maintenance done and was not chlorinated after work and sampled shortly afterward. ACTION NEEDED: Chlorinate well #1 and distribution system, fill out level one investigation and use well #2 in the interim until special samples show absent. Take routine sample(s) in April. | ||
