Details: | I am concerned about the water in an rv park I have stayed at recently. The water has an awful iron/Sulphur smell to it and comes out of the spout a dark brown color. It has stained all of my fixtures in the rv. The rv park said the new filters don't work with the old ones but it should be fixed soon. It seems like the water in the Columbia River is cleaner than what reeder beach provides for the drinking water. I am really concerned because when we checked in nothing was said and the people I have talked to here don't seem to be bothered by it but something is seriously wrong. If you could provide any information it would be greatly appreciated. I talked with Steve and he found out the filtration system for iron removal was broke and has now been repaired. I suggested that a public notice should be posted when the water system is being worked on. |
