| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation Follow-up, 2I Non-complier Points DETAILS: This system received 21 Non-complier points because the lab reported the data to the State 2 days after the deadline. They have 3 entry points so they have 15 points for late reporting the Nitrate data alone and then 6 points for Vocs and Socs. ACTION NEEDED: The operator picked up sample bottles for Nitrate today, those points should RTC automatically and bring their total score down to 6.I am asking Compliance if there is any way to bring the Soc & Voc points back into compliance without taking those tests since they are not due for another 3 years. | ||
