| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert for E.coli Source and Total in Distribution DETAILS: Called Terri to discuss the source sample taken 2-10-17 that was positive for E.Coli and total coliform. There was also a distribution sample taken the same day that was positive for total coliform. Terri stated that the firms maintenance guy, John Jackson 503-679-4305, was at the location looking into the issue. She asked that I call him to discuss the resamples that needed to be taken. John agreed to take the samples after calling the owner to update him of the situation. ACTION NEEDED: Take five confirmation samples at the source within 24 hours. Take 3 repeat samples in the distribution system, one at the same location that it was taken on 2-10-17 and one up stream and one down stream from that location, within 24 hours. | ||
