| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate Detection DETAILS: Sample collected 1/24/2017 had a detection level of 6.000000000 for Nitrate. The firm was contacted via phone and I talked with Raed Mardini. The firm has shown through quarterly testing in 2011 that the nitrate level does not fluctuate seasonally, so annual testing shall be sufficient. ACTION NEEDED: Continue the annual testing for Nitrate and provided future sampling does not show increase in Nitrate levels the annual testing shall be sufficient. | ||
