| Details: | SUMMARY: System Operating Period Change and UVA Disinfection DETAILS: I spoke with operator Lonnie Gomez on 3/16/2017 and he informed me the system is in the process of replacing the UVA system which was not working for at least 3 years. This system has had recent TC positives. He also informed me that the system is pressurized year-round and water is used all year and requests the operating period to be changed to all year. I have submitted a change form to compliance this day as well for the change. ACTION NEEDED: Change system to all year. | ||
