Details: | SUMMARY: 2/3 Repeat Samples and Triggered Source Sample TC+ DETAILS: Alert ID: COLI16607 & COLI16611Jamon Ellingson is the school principal. I explained that this event triggered a level 1 investigation. I e-mailed Jamon copies of the investigation template and guidance on shock chlorination and the level 1 investigation compliance letter. The triggered source sample returned positive under separate non-alert. They recently repaired the piping to the source sample tap as it had frozen. I inquired if best management practices were used but he did not know and was going to inquire with the staff that made the repair. We talked about shock chlorinating next week as it is the schools spring break period. We discussed samples needed for April and the time line for returning the level 1 investigation form. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for investigation form to return, provide assistance as needed, and monitor SDWIS for April test results. | ||
