| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 1/10/17 DETAILS: I contacted the operator to let him know that a repeat sample was positive for total coliform at the bar sink. He was aware of the positive sample. I let him know that a level 1 investigation would be needed. He said that he would have the system disinfected & complete the investigation. He is also considering a UV system. I let him know that any treatment would need plan review approval. Three temp routine samples will be needed for the month of Jan. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain level 1 investigation. | ||
