| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 12/29/16 DETAILS: I contacted the operator to let him know that the routine sample was positive. He was aware of the positive sample & indicated that the lab would be out to take resamples. I let him know that 3 repeat samples would be needed in the dist. & one source sample at the well head. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary. | ||
