Details: SUMMARY: Routine Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 1/6/17 DETAILS: I spoke with the DRC company to let them know about the total coliform. I let him know that 3 repeat samples will be needed in the distribution. The system purchases from Portland Water Bureau & Lake Oswego Municipal Water. There will be no source samples required. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow ups & respond as necessary.
