| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 1/23/17 DETAILS: The operator contacted me about the total coliform positive sample. The sample had a good chlorine residual so we arent sure why it was coliform positive. He will take three repeat samples & source sample at each well. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow ups & respond as necessary. | ||
