| Details: | SUMMARY: Survey Deficiency Follow Up DETAILS: 12/16/16 survey noted the well vent for well #2 was loose and was not sealed. Operator Lynn e-mailed me statement that the vent pipe has been repaired and sealed. In addition, when the new reservoir is in, I will make site visit and verify again. System also updated their coliform sampling plan and now reflects RTCR requirements. ACTION NEEDED: This deficiency is considered corrected. | ||
