Details:	Called and left message with Andrew asked for return call. 08/09/10 Received call from Erin Soethe and she stated that the repeat samples were sent in and that one of the samples tested positive. We discussed what needed to be done for a level 1 investigation. Called and left a message for Andrew concerning the level 2 investigation. I requested he call back so that we could set a date for the investigation.
