| Details: | SUMMARY: Response for COLI16603 DETAILS: I contacted Mr. Reedy, operator, on 3/20/2017 and informed him of the positive repeat. This system has been issued and completed a level 1 investigation within 12 months and is required to complete a level 2 investigation at this time.Due to snowpack, accessibility to the source and additional sample points are not attainable at this time. I am awaiting direction from Russ Kazmierczak before starting L2. ACTION NEEDED: Operator and myself will conduct L2 investigation ASAP. | ||
