| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform/E.coli Alert DETAILS: This is a non-EPA WS located in Hubbard. I attempted to contact the operator but both phone numbers on file are disconnected. I contacted Waterlab and they said that they were also unable to contact the water system due to disconnected phone numbers. The lab informed me that the previous contact David Crawford has passed away and that Daniel Mark is now the contact. I asked the lab to get updated contact info if Daniel comes back in to resample.UPDATE 3/22 Dan called and I updated the contact info for WS. Dan is going to take 3 repeats in the dist. and a triggered well sample to confirm the contamination. He said he may have touched the inside of the sample bottle lid when the routine sample was collected. There are no known problems with the water system/well currently. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up with lab to get contact info. Advise water system operator of next steps. Follow up on repeat/triggered samples. | ||
