| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation Incorrect: SOC, VOC, Arsenic and Nitrate Late DETAILS: Violations: 903286266, 903286245, 903286216Emailed Larry: SOC, VOC, Arsenic and Nitrate results were not reported by January 10th 2017.
