Details: SUMMARY: Violation Incorrect: SOC, VOC, Arsenic and Nitrate Late DETAILS: Violations: 903286266, 903286245, 903286216Emailed Larry: SOC, VOC, Arsenic and Nitrate results were not reported by January 10th 2017. The samples were taken December 27, 2016.The Water System survey is done every 3 years. Attached is some information to help you prepare for that including:1. Coliform Sampling Plan: See attachment2.
