| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert Follow-up, Routine Sample was TC+ and E.coli Positive. Repeats to Follow on 3-23-17 DETAILS: Sample was taken at a site which I would consider not ideal. I asked the operator to use that site in the repeat locations to see if it again tests positive. 4 total samples, 3 in distribution and one at the well. ACTION NEEDED: If any of the samples come back + then it will be a boil water. I informed the operator of this through e-mail since I may be out of the office when results come back in. | ||
