Details: SUMMARY: 2009 Survey Follow Up Completed DETAILS: This systems operator, Tom Reid, emailed our office on 02/24/17 pictures of the completed deficiencies from his last survey from 07/21/2009. There is only one well he is refering to in this email, but several pictures of it and specifics of what was corrected to that well. What prompted him to send these pictures was from an alert he received on 02/24/17. ACTION NEEDED: None. Completed.
