| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform Positive DETAILS: I contacted Mr. Kumar and advised him of the requirement to take three repeat samples to include the location of the original positive and one source sample that must be labeled triggered. I was subsequently contacted by store manager Mary Bass who advised me that the aforementioned samples were submitted to a laboratory on 3-31-2017. ACTION NEEDED: To be determined by the results of the source and repeat samples. | ||
