| Details: | SUMMARY: Check-in regarding review of bilateral compliance agreement DETAILS: I called Mr. Stokes to ensure the City was actively reviewing the proposed compliance agreement I sent him in March. He stated the City is proceeding with construction and that he will check-in with the individuals he sent the draft agreement to with a request for feedback. He said he will be in touch the middle of this week to discuss agreement language so the process can move forward. ACTION NEEDED: Discuss revisions and have agreement signed by both parties. | ||
