| Details: | SUMMARY: Deficiency Follow-Up DETAILS: Called operator to let them know that the location of the spring will be due on 4/20/17. The spring is located on a steep hillside with fallen trees and was difficult to locate during our 2016 survey. Left a message to see whether or not the operator was able to locate the spring for the water system. ACTION NEEDED: Follow-up with operator. | ||
