| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat Coliform Positive DETAILS: 3/16/17 - A visit to the firm was made with the store manager George Ramos, about the positive repeat coliform tests received on 3/15/17. I provided the well disinfection instructions. Assistance with creating and posting public notice will be done next week. I reminded him to take 3 routine samples in April.A discussion was also had regarding quarterly coliform testing. In the past three years the firm was taking a coliform test in January and again in March, thus providing two first quarter coliform tests and missing the second quarter. A handout showing when to quarterly coliform test was provided.3/20/16 - Provided Level 1 Investigation and letter from DWP to one of the owners. It was completed and returned to me for review. ACTION NEEDED: Firm will shock chlorinate the well, and take 3 routine samples in April. | ||
