Details:	SUMMARY: Routine TC+ Alert Follow Up DETAILS: Routine distribution sample 4/4/17 positive. Called owner Ken and discussed repeat and triggered sampling. Russell from Edge Lab already on way to pull samples and will find out which of two wells (or both) were on at the time. Also discussed need for a DRC and fixing well #2 issues noted during 6/6/16 survey. Ken said he will be the new DRC and fix the wellhead. I will send email to Ken listing needed corrections. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results to dictate future action. Fix items from last survey and submit DRC form naming DRC with small ground water certification.
