| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation 2305641 Resolution DETAILS: I contacted the manager of the store/water system, Jon Ream, regarding the multiple violtions generated for the failure to submit the montly Compliance Monitoring form for 4-log virus inactivation. Copies of the past completed forms were sent to me immediately for the months from September 2016 to March 2017. I also discussed the completion of the bottom portion of the form and to email the results on a monthly basis to the DWP within 10 days of the end of the month. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
